• Contact: phone number, e-mail address
• Request details: the content of your message sent via our form or e-mail
• Transaction security: IP address, browser details and cookie data
• Marketing: your commercial message preferences, if you consent

• Answering your requests and forwarding them to the relevant company
• Carrying out project, investment and partnership processes
• Fulfilling legal obligations
• Ensuring information and transaction security
• Sending commercial electronic messages where you have given consent

Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms on our website, e-mail and phone. It is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5/2 of the KVKK — (c) establishing or performing a contract, (ç) fulfilling a legal obligation and (f) legitimate interest — and, where required, on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 5/1.

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to the Masmavi Group company your request relates to, to our IT and hosting service providers and, upon request, to authorised public authorities.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to processing and claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
